fresh food | green juice

You know what I am talking about… Try as we might, there are always those nights when we hit the gluten to hard, go carb crazy, or finally cave and order the Kobe beef. This cleansing green juice always helps me feel better the next morning. I think I originally found a recipe at Simple Green Smoothies and modified it.

| Ingredients |
1 Banana
1 cup Spinach
3 inches Cucumber
1 small handful Coriander
1 small handful Parsley
2 sprigs Mint
1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seed
1/2 juiced Lime
3/4 cup Filtered Water
3 ice cubes
