raw food | avocado salad dressing


I think I have been making this salad dressing for about eight years. Feels like I have been writing it out, upon request, on scrap pieces of paper for forever. It was first made for me by an actress/model friend, who was on some sort of a cleanse diet at the time. One taste and I was hooked! This dressing is always on hand for salads year round and my guy loves it on rice.

| Shopping List |
Avocado – 1 ripe
Fresh Lemon – 1 juiced
Garlic – 1 clove
Herbamare® – 1 + 1/2 tsp (the original is best)
Cayenne Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 cup
Water

| Directions |
Whiz the first five ingredients in a blender for a few seconds. Add olive oil and continue blending. Add as much water to get it to your desired consistency.
Fill a jar and pop it in the fridge for up to a week.
