yomed 3 | the joy of self-acceptance

So I have just started dabbling in Kundalini Yoga. I have been curious for a while and, before going to an actual class, I thought I’d try it out at home. Found this 30-minute Youtube video that proved to be a great introduction. Definitely felt an energy shift and I have started to work a few moves into my morning YoMed session (click here for a review). Since Kundalini is the “yoga of awareness”, and since Gabrielle Bernstein is my favourite spokesperson, I thought this meditation on resolving inner conflict was a good match.
